Garnet is the gemstone for January.  Garnet is a gemstone with many varieties.  Under this heading, we will list only the "red" garnets, pyrope and almandine.  Both are beautiful and very wearable as they are listed at 7 to 7.5 on the mohs scale of hardness.  Garnet is widely available across the globe as well as here in the U.S.A..  Because of this, it is one of the most affordable gemstones.  Below is more of our garnet stock:
