Are the gemstones that you sell genuine?------- Absolutely, unless the lot# is clearly identified as being synthetic or man-made, assured that all gemstones are genuine.

Can I see a photo of the gemstone before I buy?-------Yes, digital photos will be e-mailed at your request for any of our gemstones.

If I have questions, can I actually speak to someone?------For Sure! Use our phone number listed at the bottom of this page to call any day between the hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Eastern time.

What if I need something that you don't have listed? ------Our complete inventory is not on our web pages. We may have what you need in stock. If you e-mail us or call us with your request, we will either fill your order or do our best to locate what you are looking for.

What if I don't like what I receive?------With the exception of custom made jewelry, we have a 30 day, no questions asked, return policy.  Simply return the gems in their original condition and the purchase price will be refunded.

How long does it take to ship my order? -------Most times, orders are shipped the same day. Occasionally a stone may be out on memo and will take a few days to get it returned.

Will you set your gemstones in jewelry for me?------Yes indeed! That is one of our specialties. We have thousands of quality settings available to us in gold or silver. We will furnish photos of possible settings to you after we know a little about your wishes.

How about ring sizing charges?*-------We will size any ring that is purchased from us at no charge for sizes between #2 & #8. Above #8, there is $5.00 charge for each additional size.
